一、谁在卖

本站由个人卖家运营（居住在新西兰的个人站长），收款与发票由第三方记录商户（Merchant of Record）Polar.sh 完成——Polar 是交易的卖方平台，负责支付处理、税务与退款裁量。联系邮箱： hxjnewzealand@gmail.com。

二、卖的是什么

付费商品为数字内容、按次购买：月册（Month Book）$9.90/月，购买后该月的黄历书导出功能不限次使用。不是订阅，不会自动续费，到期不会扣款。
免费档（当日一页导出、日历浏览）始终免费，无需购买，也无需登录。
交付方式是浏览器端排版打印（选「另存为 PDF」即得文件），本站不提供服务器托管的文件下载。

三、内容性质与免责

本站输出为传统历法与命理文化的研究与娱乐参考，不构成医疗、法律、投资或其他专业建议。
排盘与黄历计算由纯确定性代码在你的浏览器本地完成，不引入人工或模型的主观判断。
服务「按现状」提供；因边缘网络故障等不可抗力导致的暂时不可用，不视为违约。

四、账号与使用规则

购买导出权限需登录；权益绑定账号，可在「我的购买」页查询。
付费内容供购买者本人使用；不得转售、公开再分发。
退款规则见退款政策；退款后对应月份权益即时撤销。

五、条款更新

条款更新会在本页公布，生效日期以上页落款为准；对已购订单的退款承诺不因条款更新而倒退。

1. Who is selling

This site is run by an individual seller based in New Zealand. Payments, tax and refund adjudication are handled through Polar.sh, the third-party merchant of record. Contact: hxjnewzealand@gmail.com.

2. What is sold

The paid product is digital content, purchased per item: the Month Book is $9.90 per month and unlocks unlimited exports of that month's almanac book. It is not a subscription — no auto-renewal, no recurring charges.
The free tier (single-day one-page export, calendar browsing) stays free without purchase or sign-in.
Delivery is browser-side typesetting and printing ("Save as PDF" in the print dialog); no hosted file downloads are provided.

3. Nature of content and disclaimer

Output is for cultural research and entertainment, and is not medical, legal, investment or other professional advice.
Chart and almanac computation is pure deterministic code running locally in your browser; no human or model judgment is introduced.
The service is provided "as is"; temporary unavailability outside the operator's reasonable control is not a breach.

4. Accounts and usage rules

Purchasing export rights requires sign-in; entitlements are bound to the account and listed under "My purchases".
Paid content is for the purchaser's personal use; do not resell or redistribute.
Refunds follow the Refund Policy; a revoked entitlement follows the refund immediately.

5. Changes

Updates are posted on this page with a new effective date; refund promises on orders already placed are never retroactively weakened.
